As part of an exciting new pilot project we’re looking for people to help our Visitor Experience team meet and greet our visitors.  This role will involve providing assistance and information to visitors who request it, promoting Tullie House and helping visitors complete satisfaction questionnaires.  With further training there will the opportunity to deliver guided tours and talks (including non-English language) in the galleries and providing help for visitors with additional needs.  If you’re friendly, have excellent people skills and are happy to approach and engage with visitors from all backgrounds then this might be role for you.  This is a great opportunity to use and develop your customer care skills and support one of Cumbria’s leading charitable visitor attractions.
