This is my favourite object in the Border Galleries because you have to find the number from the clue given on the stone keypad before you can lift the sword from the stone.
You may not become king of England if you solve the puzzle of the sword in the stone, but you will have the satisfaction of leaning about an object in Tullie House. The puzzle changes regularly, so see how often you can do it.

Tullie House is a brilliant place to visit. It has lots of interactives and great exhibitions. We all went into the restaurant, my sister got a Kids Meal and could choose what she wanted.
