ONLINE - Some events are available to book 24 hours per day online, payable by Paypal or Credit/Debit card. Click on the book now button on the event page.
BY POST - Please print the downloadable booking form at the link below, enter the details of the event you are interested in and post it to: The Box Office, Tullie House Museum & Art Gallery, Castle Street, Carlisle CA3 8TP. Please note bookings are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation email / phone call from the box office.
CONCESSIONS - Reduced ticket prices are available to unemployed people, people receiving Family Credit, children and young people under 18, students in full-time education and senior citizens. Where two concessionary prices are shown, unemployed people (and their children) and students are entitled to the lower-rate. The lower rate when offered also applies to children's tickets purchased by people receiving Family Credit and by schools.
FREE ADMISSION is available to anyone accompanying a person in a wheelchair.
SCHOOL BOOKINGS - School parties are welcome at our events, and are entitled to a substantial discount on tickets - the lower concessionary rate unless otherwise stated. One teacher/adult per ten children is admitted FREE. Schools wishing to book tickets for events should contact Sarah Forster on 01228 618725.

GROUP DISCOUNTS - If you buy five tickets for an event you can get another one free. (Except for schools bookings - see above). Tell your friends and bring them with you! Please note: party discounts are not applicable to workshops.
REFUNDS - Sorry, but we are unable to refund money on tickets or to exchange tickets already sold, except on the occasion of cancelled events.
REFRESHMENTS - The Garden Restaurant at Tullie House serves a delicious range meals, snacks and drinks, and offers a takeaway service for hot drinks, sandwiches, baguettes and cakes. A bar is usually open for evening events.
DISABLED VISITORS - Tullie House welcomes disabled visitors. The building is fully accessible and has adapted toilet facilities. Please phone reception on 01228 618718 if you wish to book a parking space on the premises. Guide dogs are also welcome.
