SCHOOL BOOKINGS - School parties are welcome at our events, and are entitled to a substantial discount on tickets - the lower concessionary rate unless otherwise stated. One teacher/adult per ten children is admitted FREE. Schools wishing to book tickets for events should contact Sarah Forster on 01228 618725.

REFUNDS - Sorry, but we are unable to refund money on tickets or to exchange tickets already sold, except on the occasion of cancelled events.
REFRESHMENTS - The Garden Restaurant at Tullie House serves a delicious range meals, snacks and drinks, and offers a takeaway service for hot drinks, sandwiches, baguettes and cakes. A bar is available for some evening events.
DISABLED VISITORS - Tullie House welcomes disabled visitors. The building is fully accessible and has adapted toilet facilities. Please phone reception on 01228 618718 if you wish to book a parking space on the premises. Guide dogs are also welcome.
