An opportunity to display your own model creations!
Submit you creations now or carry on reading to find out more.
Tullie House is delighted to announce a great new opportunity to display your LEGO® creations in our forthcoming Brick History exhibition, from legendary brick builder Warren Elsmore, taking place at Tullie House from Saturday 27 June to Sunday 27 September 2020.
We are looking for models created by the public which tell a story from Carlisle’s long and exciting history. Within the Brick History exhibition we will tell the story of Carlisle, using Tullie House collections and models created using LEGO® bricks.
You can choose to create a model which tells any part of Carlisle’s history, from Vikings to Victorians, Romans to Reivers, Celts to Carlisle United, the first post-box to the last siege!
Models will be chosen by internationally respected LEGO® artist Warren Elsmore. Selected models must be with Tullie House by Monday 22 June 2020, so if your model is one of the lucky entries to be selected don’t break them apart!
We are looking for models from people of all ages and abilities.
You can make the models on your own, as part of a group or class. There are just a few rules you need to stick to:
• All models must be made using official LEGO® system bricks and minifigures
• All entries must be original creations – not built from a LEGO® set or online designs
• No loose pieces – all pieces must be connected to each other or the base plate
• If selected you must be able to deliver your model to Tullie House in Carlisle no later than Monday 22 June 2020.
